Choose where the notes should go
Connect and authorize a Feishu knowledge base in Auo, select the destination, and enable automatic saving. This applies from the next recording. Keep the app in the foreground while it works; unfinished organization can be continued manually. A connected knowledge base is required, and this is separate from saving the audio on your devices.
Save conclusions with their source
After recording, Auo can organize the full transcript into conclusions and the source passages behind them, then save the result to the destination you selected. Keep the original wording alongside the summary so you can check how a decision was reached. Review important details before using the notes for follow-up work.
Example: agree on a proposal, then share it
During a discussion, you might say “send the proposal to Alex.” If that voice preset is enabled and the relevant services are connected, Auo can find and deliver the document. After the recording, automatic saving can organize the discussion into your chosen knowledge base. Sending a document and saving notes are separate features with separate settings.
What leaves your phone
Enabled automatic saving sends the full transcript to your configured AI service for organization and the result to the selected knowledge base. Voice tasks share the command and nearby context needed to act. The original audio stays on your devices. Authorize only the services you want to use and check their data policies and usage charges.
What you can revisit today
Open an individual recording to read the transcript, replay audio and use optional recording chat with source passages. Auo does not currently promise semantic search across your entire recording history. Your connected knowledge base has its own navigation and search capabilities. Auo remains in development; check beta availability before planning to rely on it.
