A LITTLE CLARITY

A few things to know

What is Auo?

Auo is a wearable AI assistant in development. Record real-world conversations on Apple Watch, use enabled voice commands to find and share information, and automatically organize recordings into a connected knowledge base after setup.

Can I download it today?

You can check the TestFlight beta link. At our latest check, Apple showed that new testers were not being accepted. Availability is determined by the TestFlight page; there is no App Store release announced here yet.

Does the watch need to stay connected?

The watch can keep recordings locally and transfer them when the phone is available. Sync timing depends on the connection and system scheduling.

Does transcription need the cloud?

Transcription runs on the iPhone. Live updates currently require Auo to stay in the foreground on the phone; speed depends on the device and model.

What happens when I use AI?

Recording chat shares the text you select. Voice tasks and automatic saving send the text needed to the AI assistant and connected services you have enabled. Setup and authorization are required, and provider charges may apply.

Is this website recording me?

No. The watch and story are browser demos with invented sample content. They do not request microphone access, upload recordings, or create an Auo account.
